Been buying OEM parts (mainly sensors) for both my cars for years off eBay from here and they always sell genuine parts and I've never had any issues.
I have a 16 year old Vectra VXR which nearly every sensor has been replaced resulting in a better performing engine and a 10 year old Mokka CDTi. So to me its critical I get genuine OEM parts like Denso and Bosch at the cheapest price that are delivered quickly and PIM always fulfil this year after year.
I have genuine Vauxhall diagnostics so can see when a part doesn't quite work right. Just had a genuine Denso fuel pressure control valve for the Mokka and it worked first time and the ECU learnt it without issues. I had bought another so called genuine part which kept failing and PIM sold one that was only £50 more and since they are a real company I trust them so I wasn't surprised when it worked first time.
Great company, I'm an engineer by trade not a car mechanic and I trust them all the time.

I have had a few interactions with your company before and you're very quick to resolve issues and your customer service is excellent, something that seems to be less and less common these days. I remember once I ordered driver-side driveshaft, but I was sent the passenger side because of a mix up in part numbers on your side. You acknowledged this error and promised to get it looked into to avoid other customers receiving wrong parts in the future. I thought I'd take the time out to appreciate and thank good suppliers like yourselves.

I've been ordering from PartsInMotion for a few months now for my Volvo V50.
Everything from Glow Plugs to Brake pads and disc.
They've a good range of products from different suppliers and all at really good prices.
I particularly like the delivery options and I find by choosing FedEx for only £4.99 its always arrived on time.
The communication once ordered is good and also the updates on where my order is within the process.
PartsInMotion are now my preferred supplier for car parts.

Ordered a Stabiliser Drop Link for my BMW Z4 G29 2021. Checked the part numbers described on the listing and confirmed with them it is the correct part for my car.
They sent me a drop link which does not fit. The one they sent has an M12 bolt and looks nothing like the photo on the listing. The only drop link which fits the Z4 2018- is an M10 bolt size. So I requested return of it and re-ordered the item so they would send me the correct one.
They then sent me the same wrong item again. The case was escalated to 'Tom' who claimed that the part was definitely correct for my vehicle, despite the fact there is clear proof that the item they sent was not the one described in the listing. He told me I would need to pay for return myself!
Having to make a claim with my bank to get the money back now.

aving recently ordered three car parts separately, I have found their sevice excellent. Each of my orders were for well known brands priced competitely and were delivered by 48 hr tracked Royal Mail. Crucially, when I had to send one back because I had ordered the wrong item, I received a no quibble refund the same day. I will certainly use them again.

Disgusting service from these cowboys. Increased the price of an item by £30 whilst I was placing the order online and when trying to live chat with customer services about this was just disconnected twice. Avoid this lot of sharks
